Abstract:
To provide multi-core type microcapsules containing -lipoic acid and having improved stability.
The multi-core type microcapsules containing the -lipoic acid are characterized in that a membrane-forming substance of the same is an alginate. The multi-core type microcapsules containing the -lipoic acid show less reduction in the content of the -lipoic acid as compared with those of the conventional ones and are excellent in stability.
