To provide a multi-cyclone dust collector for a vacuum cleaner, having high dust collecting efficiency and designed compactly.
This multi-cyclone dust collector for a vacuum cleaner includes: at least one first cyclone for revolving the outside air drawn in from below to perform centrifugal separation of dust; and at least one second cyclone provided in the periphery of the first cyclone for revolving the air discharged from the first cyclone and drawn in from below to perform centrifugal separation of dust.
