Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-division type baking mold capable of preventing the accumulation of a dough at the tip of the mold to bake an edible cone, etc., in an uniform thickness on the production of the cone, especially a cone for ice cream.
SOLUTION: This multi-division type baking mold for producing edible cones, cups, dishes, etc., from a confectionery dough has a lower mold portion having an at least partially conical or pyramid-trapezoidal depression corresponding to the outer shape of the cone, etc., and preferably comprising two half portions, and an at least partially conical or pyramid-trapezoidal core corresponding to the cone, etc., disposed on a mold plate, and capable of being inserted into the depression of the lower mold portion. Therein, the core 2, 15 is provided with at least a tip member 7, 18 capable of being inserted from the guide member 6, 17 of the core in order to change the thickness of the tip area or the bottom area in the baking or drying process.
