Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-division type baking mold capable of preventing the accumulation of a dough at the tip of the mold to bake an edible cone, etc., in an uniform thickness on the production of the cone, especially a cone for ice cream.
SOLUTION: This multi-division type baking mold for producing edible cones, cups, dishes, etc., from a confectionery dough has a lower mold portion having an at least partially conical or pyramid-trapezoidal depression corresponding to the outer shape of the cone, etc., and preferably comprising two half portions, and an at least partially conical or pyramid-trapezoidal core corresponding to the cone, etc., disposed on a mold plate, and capable of being inserted into the depression of the lower mold portion.
