Abstract:
Disclosed is a clutch-type synchronous punching, gluing and cutting multifunctional gluing mechanism, which is a foil gluing apparatus, the gluing mechanism comprising a linear driving module, a clutch module, and a punching module, a gluing module and a cutting module, which move by means of the linear driving module, wherein the punching module comprises a punching needle; the clutch module comprises a punching bottom die that cooperates with the punching needle for punching; and the clutch module can move on the linear driving module together with the punching module. The present invention solves the problem of an integral punching die being unable to guarantee flatness and straightness, which causes same to not fit with the punching bottom die during pressing and punching, resulting in the punching needle for punching being damaged; solves the problem of high machining difficulty and high cost of the integral punching die due to the high precision requirements of the punching needle and an increased number of holes to be punched; and solves the problem of high costs of subsequent use and maintenance due to inaccurate positioning, single-sided abrasion and even cutting edge damage caused by a large number of holes and accumulative hole spacing errors. The present invention has the function of being able to rapidly adjust the number and spacing of holes to be punched to adapt to different processes.
