Abstract:
To provide a multilayer woven fabric cushion structure which is improved in compression durability.SOLUTION: In a multilayer woven fabric cushion structure, ground structures N are woven by plain weave with multiple monofilaments 12 arranged in a warp direction and weft yarns 13 (represented by white circle marks) to be structured in a vertically multilayered manner, and multiple high-shrinkage yarns 11 are arranged in the warp direction to be interwoven. The ground structures N are interwoven while being entangled alternately with the upper and lower high-shrinkage yarns 11. In entangled parts F, the monofilaments 12 and the high-shrinkage yarns 11 are arranged as warp yarns, and heat-fusible yarns 14 (represented by black circle marks) are interwoven as weft yarns to be fused and fixed to the warp yarns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
