PURPOSE: To execute the multi-photographing by giving the exposure obtained by a new photographing to its image pickup device after the picture signal having been photographed is transmitted to the image pickup device and recording a newly generated picture signal.
CONSTITUTION: A frame to be multi-photographed is selected from a recording medium 30 which stores the picture signal having been photographed, and is read out to an image pickup device 11 through a control means 40 and a recording/ reproducing device 20. Namely, first the charge of the level where a picture has been photographed is built up at the image pickup device 11 (1). Second, when the new photographing is carried out, the exposure due to the photographing is given (2). Then the synthesized picture signal, that is, the multi-photographed picture signal, is produced. Said signal is recorded on the recording medium 30 through the control means 40 and the recording/reproducing device 20.
