PURPOSE: To manufacture a multi-plate type stitcher wheel of simple structure to be manufactured at a low cost and to be constituted correspondingly to various shapes of tire constituting materials and to be tentatively fixed by pressure following the shapes of tires, which eliminates the necessity of replacement, and also to be combinedly used at the time of fixing a belt by pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A stitcher wheel 8 is constituted by a plurality of polygon plate-shaped segments 13 provided with the given setting areas on respective vertexes and wheel axial centers supported in central sections of the respective segments 13, and center segments 13x positioned in the centers of a plurality of the stitcher wheels 8 are set as centers, and respective segments 13 positioned adjacent in the left and right directions are the center segments are disposed successively changing their installation angles in the left and right reverse directions, and respective segments 13 are so fixed and constituted that the transfer locus of the vertexes 13a of respective segments 13 is formed almost V-shape.
