Abstract:

To provide a multi-point feed cylinder dipole antenna capable of extending a VSWR band with omnidirectivity and a high gain.

An upper radiation tube 2 and a lower radiation tube 3 configuring a cylinder dipole 10 are mounted on a feeder tube 1 in common use for an antenna support pole respectively via support bases 4, 5. A disk-shaped two-way distribution matching board 7 is placed inside the lower radiation tube 3. Further, a feeder coaxial cable 6 is inserted inside the feeding tube 1 from the lower end, and the upper end of the coaxial cable 6 is led out externally from a through-hole 9 provided in the vicinity of the lower radiation tube 3. The upper end of the coaxial cable 6 is connected to the two-way distribution matching board 7, from which the supplied power is distributed in two-way, and coaxial cables 8a, 8b are connected to 2-way distribution output terminals of the two-way distribution matching board 7 to feed power to two points: a bottom face 3a of the lower radiation tube 3 and a bottom face 2a of the upper radiation tube 2.
