Even if all center terminals 5-1 to 5-m are connected in emergency, the monitor terminal connected to the center terminals is switched over automatically. A display means 4 displays the incoming call mode of the monitor terminals. The monitor terminal received in the conventional mode is connected manually to the center terminal in place of the monitor terminal, whose call is received already in the conventional mode and having been connected to the center terminal according to the display of a display means 4. Thus, several center terminals 5-1 to 5-m and a single unit of multi-point remote central monitor center apparatus 3 manage integrally a plurality of the monitor terminals 1-1 to 1-n.
