Abstract:
PURPOSE: To acquire a new function by utilizing effectively a transistor made needless when the memory is used us a reading only port.
CONSTITUTION: Access for writing data or access for reading data from an A port is performed by bit line pairs BAn, (BAn bar), transistors T1 and T2. When a B port is used for reading only, access for reading data at the B port is performed by a transistor T3 and a bit line BBn. Thus, a transistor T4 and a bit line (BBn bar) becoming needless when a port is used for reading only are used as a POM function at a C port.
