Abstract:
A multi-station turntable, comprising a turntable body (21) for loading and rotating a workpiece, a plurality of workpiece accommodating cavities (23) being provided on a circumferential face of the turntable body (21), and attraction assemblies (24) being provided, each attraction assembly (24) comprising: an attraction body (241) for holding a workpiece in each workpiece accommodating cavity (23); a mount mounting the attraction body (241) movably on the turntable body (21), such that the attraction body (241) can be close to or away from the workpiece so as to adjust the magnitude of attraction for the workpiece. A guide pin conveying device, using the multi-station turntable, of the capacitor, further comprises a detector (3), a first driver (4), a second driver (6), a pin attraction magnetic block (7) and a falling material stopper (8). The present invention can implement adjustment of the magnitude of attraction for the workpiece, can detect, during the transport of a guide pin (13), a poor guide pin by means of the detector (3), and can remove same by means of the pin attraction magnetic block (7) and the related assembly, and a guide pin support plate (11) and a material stopping piece (12) are mounted in the position of a lower disk of the guide pin, so as to prevent the guide pin (13) from deviating when proceeding to a next process, reducing the weight of a nailing mechanism, simplifying the disc function, and making the operation simple.
