In a cycling stadium, stationary seats 51 are arranged around the outer periphery of a bicycle racing bank 21 surrounded around a field 11. Stair-like seats are formed in a movable seat block 31. One side of the movable seat block 31 is rotatably connected to one edge end part of the inner peripheral side of the bank 21 through the intermediary of a large-size hinge. During a bicycle race being held, the movable seat block 31 is turned and moved toward the field 11 so as to remove from the bank 21. At this time, the movable seat block 31 is held horizontally by means of telescopic support legs. During an event being held, the block 31 is turned and moved so as to be set on the bank 21 while telescopic movable seats 25 are extended, and further, a movable floor 55 is lowered so as to set up a stage.
