PURPOSE: To give a click feeling to a multi-way switch which carries out numerous switching operations by inclining a single operating lever in the multiple directions, and to reduce the number of parts.

CONSTITUTION: On a housing 21, an operating lever 26 is installed so that the lever 26 can be operated in the inclined direction, and then an operating plate 43 is provided which is operated by the operation of the operating lever 26 in the inclined direction. Under the peripheral edge of the operating plate 43, plural switches 40 which use reverse cup form of rubber elastic members 42 having a click feeling are provided.
