PURPOSE: To perform sharp pure multicolor electrostatic flocking, by preparing a flocking sheet having predetermined shape and color tone, sticking it onto the surface of a workpiece to be flocked, and then performing the electrostatic flocking.

CONSTITUTION: A flocking sheet 3 formed into a predetermined pattern, etc. is prepared. An adhesive agent is applied onto the entire surface of a workpiece 1 to be flocked, said flocking sheet 3 is stuck onto the predetermined part of the workpiece, and then piles 5 of predetermined color tone are electrostatically precipitated thereon. Thereafter, the flocking piles adherent onto the flocking sheet 3 are brushed off. Thus, the flocking work is facilitated, a color-arranging line is made distinct, and the flocking piles are not mixed with each other.
