PURPOSE: To increase quantitative evaluation and simplify an apparatus by providing a main filling device which feeds pasty cosmetic material by a self- priming type discharge plunger pump; a filling manifold with a filling path formed inside which is connected to said main device; and a conductive plate of solution pushed out from the pasty cosmetic material.

CONSTITUTION: Pasty material 16 fed inside a self-priming type discharge plunger pump 25 from a tank 17 is transmitted to a main filling device 35. Then it is transmitted into a filling manifold 41 by being pushed by a needle 38 with a filling valve cylinder 36 attached to the main filling device driven. Then via nozzles 44, 45 provided on another filling manifold 41 via a plurality of passages 42, 43, the pasty cosmetic material 16 is supplied to a vessel 47 set in a work holder 46. By driving a suction source such as vacuum source connected to an attachment 50 at the same time, solution contained in the cosmetic material is continuously led out from solution conductive passages 49, 49,... of a solution conductive plate 48, so that one turn of filling the pasty cosmetic material is completed.
