PURPOSE: To facilitate terminal end treatment, and form to enable to communicate signal in good state of electrical characteristics, by forming multicore round signal cable to make flat cable which is wound in spiral state to be cores.

CONSTITUTION: Flat cables are wound in spiral state, cores 9a, 9b and 9c of cable are made and these are summed up and coat 11. In the cable which was manufactured with such structure, by stripping coat 11, package connecting type connectors 10a, 10b and 10c are easily mounted to the ends of cores 9a, 9b and 9c of flat cable, and end treating work can be remarkably reduced.
