PURPOSE: To curtail the quantity of metallic dies, to easily replace the die, and to execute press working for production of many kinds and a large quantity with high efficiency, by placing plural special form metallic dies on one metallic die.

CONSTITUTION: When a working plate B is placed on a notch die part positioned in a front side of a die 5, and a ram is moved downward, a notch punch part coupled with the notch die part drops by a lower pressure motion of the ram to a head 6, and notch working 17A is executed to a prescribed surface part of the working plate B. After the notch working, the ram ascends, and a punch 8 formed as one body with the head 6 ascends and returns automatically by restoring force of a spring. Subsequently, in case of changing a metallic die in order to shift to notch working of odd-shape, clamping of a base 1 is loosened, is turned in the optional direction, and a desired special form notch die is positioned in a front side of the bed easily and quickly. The replacement of the metallic die is completed easily by clamping and fixing the base 1 again.
