To provide a simple multifunctional toothbrush for easily brushing teeth on the spot when the teeth are stained without requiring water, a cup, and toothpaste and easily removing an object stuck between the teeth at once.

A lower toothbrush A includes: an implantation part 1 arranged at a tip end where the number of pieces of implantation is less than half of that in a general toothbrush; and a connection projection 2 arranged at the other end of an extended handle having a flat front surface. An upper toothbrush B includes: an implantation part 3 arranged at a tip end where bristles are adjusted to have a length which is obtained by subtracting the thickness of the base with implantation of the lower toothbrush A, and where the number of pieces of implantation is less than half of that in the general toothbrush; and a connection hole 4 which is arranged at a position at the other end of an extending handle, which has a flat rear surface and is reduced in length by the length of the base with the implantation part 1 of the lower toothbrush A, so as to meet the position of the connection projection 2 of the lower toothbrush A.
