By keeping constant the distance between the center of buoyancy of the device and a point on the device on which the rotational effect of buoyancy acts, a certain amount of buoyancy can be obtained. And the device can be used in several ways by using a velcro, and the device can be fixed to the body and adjusted to a length suitable for an individual.
