To provide a generation device for semipermanently producing energy by putting water and a steel ball into a water tank at a time using a wild boar threat with the rotation ratio changed by a generator and the load of a device body for accumulating much great potential energy to produce electric power.
In the power generation device operable day and night without being affected by seasons and weathers, the certain amount of water and the steel ball are put and reserved using the wild boar threat, into the water tank whose rotation ratio is greatly changed by the generator with a transmission and whose rotating speed is reduced with the load of the device body. The water tank has an additional number of steps. Part of electric power generated by the force of great potential energy accumulated much in an elevator is used for circulating the water or steel ball again to semipermanently generate power by itself. The water and the steel ball can be combined.
