Abstract:
PURPOSE: To indicate in to an operator that a current sensor device is in the middle of malfunction by not only displaying the quality of the sensors for the devices but also graphically displaying the states of these devices on a display panel or screen. CONSTITUTION: Logical outputs of lines 24 and 26 are inputted to a quality test function block 28 through input terminals S1 and S2 . The output of the quality test function block 28 is logical '0' for all normal states and is inputted to an input terminal S3 of an analog transmission function block 32. If a fault of a limit switch occurs, al inputs of the quality test function block 28 goes to logical '0' and are sent to the input terminal S3 of the analog transmission function block 32 via a line 30. If the limit switch is faulty, an alarm state is displayed in yellow on a console picture, and an acoustic alarm is sounded by a line 54 to indicate a defect in a valve or the fault in the limit switch.
