Title:
MULTILAYER ADHESIVE SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020050880
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an adhesive sheet having good solvent resistance, surface slipperiness, and surface followability.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet contains a surface protective layer, a substrate layer, and an adhesive layer, in which the substrate layer has a multilayer structure positioned between the surface protective layer and the adhesive layer, used for protecting a surface of an adherend, in which thickness of the surface protective layer is 2 to 50 μm, thickness of the substrate layer is 50 to 600 μm, thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 to 100 μm, the surface protective layer contains at least one kind of urethane polymer selected from a group consisting of ester-based urethane polymer, ether-based urethane polymer, and ester/acrylic urethane polymer as a main component, and is a layer containing N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) insoluble component, the substrate layer is a layer containing a polymer consisting of only a polyurethane component obtained by reacting one kind of polyol and one kind of polyisocyanate, and maximum stress value over 0% to 10% elongation state as the adhesive sheet is 0.5 MPa to 4.0 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
