To prevent invasion of plating solution into a laminated body by working ridgelines of the laminated body into a curved shape while the thickness of the top external layers of the dielectrics layers of the laminated body, is set to a specified range of magnification of the radius of the curvature of the ridgelines.
A laminated body 1 is made by laminating a plurality of dielectrics layers 2 composed of a dielectric ceramic material such as barium titanate strontium titanate, or the like. Between each of the dielectrics layers 2, a first internal electrode 3 or a second internal electrode 4 is arranged alternately. The first internal electrodes 3 are extended to an edge plane of the laminated body 1, and the second internal electrodes 4 are extended to the other edge plane of the laminated body 1. The thickness of the top external layers 2a and 2b, which are members of the dielectrics layers 2 consisting of the laminated body 1, is set to 1.2-3.3 times the radius (r) of the curvature, where (r) is the radius of the curvature of the ridgelines of the laminated body 1.
