Title:
MULTILAYER FILM FOR RUBBER PACKAGING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3573240
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a film, which is excellent in mechanical strength and impact resistance and hard to be broken at the packaging of a rubber and easily melted and dispersed in the rubber at the kneading of the rubber by a method wherein the film consists of a layer made of high-pressure-produced low-density polyethylene and a layer mainly made of ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having specified characteristics.
SOLUTION: This film consists of a high-pressure-produced low-density polyethylene and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer. The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer has a density of 0.880-0.915g/cm3, a melt flow rate at 190°C under the load of 2.16kg of 0.01-200g/10min, a melt flow rate ratio between the melt flow rate at 190°C under the load of 2.16kg and that at 190°C under the load of 21.6kg of 10-20 and a molecular weight distribution of 2.0-4.0. As a result, this film has excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance and is hard to be broken at the packaging of a rubber and easily melt and disperse in the rubber at the kneading of the rubber.
