Abstract:
To form transparent layers for separating signal layers with less fluctuation of film thickness and at high speed.
In a manufacturing method of a multilayer information recording medium which has two or more information recording layers and wherein a resin layer is formed between the information recording layers, defects generated when the resin layer and a transfer substrate are stuck to each other can be reduced by blowing warm air to the resin layer to enhance surface properties of the obtained resin layer after application at least when the resin layer is formed by a screen printing method in a formation method of the resin layer.
