Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve heat resistance, flexibility, and foaming by forming a skin layer of thermoplastic elastomer with specified Shore A hardness and a foaming layer for foaming a specified resin composition incorporated with ethylene copolymer, block isocyanate, and a foaming agent.
CONSTITUTION: A multilayer laminate which is used generally for interior materials in automobiles, ships, etc., is composed at least of two layers of a skin layer of thermoplastic elastomer of 55-96 Shore A hardness and a foaming layer. The foaming layer is obtained by foaming a resin composition of 100 pts.wt. of ethylene copolymer having the content of ethylene derivative units of 30-99.8wt.% and at least one kind of group selected from a group consisting of hydroxyl group, amino group, carboxyl group, acid anhydride group and its half ester, 0.05-20 pts.wt. of block isocyanate containing at least two blocked isocyanate groups in a molecule, and 0.1-40 pts.wt. of a foaming agent which is decomposed at 100-250°C.
