A multilayer liquid fragrant deodorant which is a multilayer liquid aromatic having at least a two layer liquid fragrant deodorizing composition comprising a water layer and an oil layer and a sucking up member, wherein the volume proportion of each layer of the liquid fragrant composition is 9:1 to 1:9, and the sucking up member comprises a material with the official moisture regain of 8 to 15%, or which is a multilayer liquid aromatic having at least a two layer liquid fragrant deodorizing composition comprising a water layer and an oil layer and a sucking up member, wherein the volume proportion of the water layer and the oil layer of the liquid fragrant composition is 5:6 to 1:9 and the sucking up member comprises a material with the official moisture regain of 0.3 to 8%.
