Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a multilayer paper having multilayer structure composed of several kinds of pulp, containing finely fibrillated pulp as the constituent component of at least one of the multiple layers, resistant to the interlaminar peeling, free from the quality lowering caused by the diversification of pulp raw materials and having excellent paper strength.

CONSTITUTION: The objective product has a multilayer structure composed of several kinds of pulp and contains finely fibrillated pulp as the constituent component of at least one of the multiple layers. The finely fibrillated pulp is preferably produced by treating an aqueous suspension of pulp having a pulp concentration of 0.3-2% with a sand mill to attain a specific surface area of ≤100m2/g.
