Abstract:

To simplify the manufacturing process of a multilayer piezoelectric actuator.

A first group of electrodes (1) extends to the first side face of the main body (22) of the multilayer piezoelectric actuator, and, at the same time, is buried in the main body (22) near the second side face of the main body (22). A second group of electrodes (2) extends to the second side face of the main body (22) and, at the same time, is buried in the main body (22) near the first side face.
