Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a container multilayer sheet making the sealing properties durable for heat sterilization compatible with easy opening properties of interlaminate release without inconveniences in the manufacturing process and restrictions of container shape and also provided with sufficient resistance to vibration and impact to be exerted during distribution of products.
SOLUTION: A multilayer sheet is formed of two layers or more consisting of a seal layer of release performance and adjoining layers, and the seal layer is composed of 20-95 wt.% of two kinds of high density polyethylene of different tensile break elongation, in which the difference of tensile break elongation is 100% or more, mixed together at the ratio of 5-95 wt.% high density polyethylene resin of 400-1000% tensile break elongation and 95-5 wt.% high density polyethylene resin of 50-600% tensile break elongation, and also 80-5 wt.% straight chain low density polyethylene resin having a tensile strength of 100-400 kg/cm2 at the time of breakage, while the adjoining layers outside the seal layer are composed of polyolefin resin.
