Abstract:

To provide a multilayered woven fabric whose weaves can be bound with binding yarns to prevent interlayer peeling and which can be woven with less picking mechanisms than the number of the needed layers.

This multi-layered woven fabric is characterized by arranging weaves 12 woven with warps and wefts arranged to form double woven fabrics and binding the weaves 12 with binding yarns 13a, 13b disposed to pass between adjacent wefts constituting the weaves 12 and turn up in the thickness direction of the woven fabric. 50 to 100 Denier multifilament bundles are preferably used as the warps, the wefts and the binding yarns, respectively. The warps constituting the upper side layer of a pair of double woven fabrics are disposed to pass through the upper side of the wefts constituting the lower layer, and the warps constituting the lower side layer of the double woven fabrics are disposed to pass through the lower side of the wefts constituting the upper layer.
