PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain a multilayered composite sheet excellent in flexibility, air permeability, abrasion resistance, slippage resistance and peeling strength.
CONSTITUTION: A double-layered composite sheet 3 is produced by preliminarily bonding a urethane foamed soft sheet and a back base fabric. An adhesive (viscosity; 5,000cps or more) 5 is applied to the surface of the foamed soft sheet constituting the double-layered composite sheet in an dot or slit like island state 51 to be dried. The interval between islands is about 5mm and the occupying ratio of the islands is about 40-50%. A backing agent (containing a surfactat and having viscosity of at most 3,000cps) excellent in permeability is applied to the rear surface side of a decorative skin material 4 in a dot like island state 61 to be dried and the sheet 3 and the skin material 4 are superposed one upon another and heated to be mutually bonded to be cooled. The peeling strength between the foamed soft sheet and skin material of a multilayered composite sheet is 0.6-0.9kg/25mm, the air permeability of the composite sheet is 50cc/cm2/sec or more and the wrinkile test evaluation thereof due to a reverse R method is 20-50R.
