To provide a multilayered film which is low odorous, has no defect on appearance such as gel and fish eyes, can be continuously manufactured for a long period of time, and exhibits good re-sealability, a method for manufacturing it, and a bag comprising the multilayered film.

A surface resin layer (A) comprising a thermoplastic resin (a), a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive resin layer (B) comprising a hydrogenated substance (b1) of a rubbery block copolymer comprising styrene blocks and diene blocks and a tackifier (b2), and a heat-sealing resin layer (C) comprising a thermoplastic resin (c) are laminated in this order. When heat-sealed heat-sealing resin layers (C) are peeled off, the heat-sealing resin layers (C) are broken, and the interlaminar part between the heat-sealing resin layer (C) and the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive resin layer (B) is released and the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer (B) is exposed outside under a resealable pressure-sensitive self-adhesive condition at the heat-sealed parts.
