Abstract:

To provide a multilayered laminate having metal and wood firmly bonded to each other.

The multilayered laminate is composed of a metal layer, an adhesive layer and wood in this order, and the metal layer and the wood are bonded through the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is formed of modified polyolefin obtained by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid. The modified polyolefin obtained by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid contains insoluble gel in xylene heated to 140C, but its content is less than 0.02 wt.%.
