Abstract:
To provide a multilevel inverter structure capable of reducing surge voltage.SOLUTION: A multilevel inverter structure comprises: a positive electrode terminal 1P, a negative electrode terminal 1N, an intermediate terminal 1M, an output terminal 1U, an upper arm S1, an upper arm S2, a lower arm S3, a lower arm S4, an upper arm S5, and a lower arm S6. An arranged body 20U consists of the positive electrode terminal 1P, the upper arm S1, the upper arm S5, the intermediate terminal 1M, the lower arm S6, the lower arm S4, and the negative electrode terminal 1N, which are arranged in a direction D1 in this order. The upper arm S2 and the lower arm S3 are arranged at an interval from the arranged body 20U in a direction D2. The output terminal 1U is arranged farther from the arranged body 20U than the upper arm S2 and the lower arm S3 in the direction D2 and at an interval from the upper arm S2 and the lower arm S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
