Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method wherewith products can be packet neatly in a mutlipack without being slipped via a process of counted discharge even when the products are respectively in a shape having a part being unevenly thick at one side.
SOLUTION: In a product multipacking method to be carried out through a counted discharge device 10 which is equipped with a conveying belt 12 moving endlessly in turning and having a number of product housing pockets 16 arranged continuously thereon, being partitioned by a number of partition plates provided in projection at the outer circumference thereof, and assembles products 14 supplied respectively into each of the housing pockets 16 at a supply position by counting into packs and discharges, the products 14 are supplied, being put upside down alternately, at the supply position respectively into each of the housing pocks 16, and the products 14 discharged at a discharge position in the form of assemblages each comprising a specified number of products are packed respectively in a packing bag 15 with a compressive force applied.
