MULTIPIPE HEAT EXCHANGE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012149871
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a multipipe heat exchange structure, including a multipipe reactor and a multipipe heat exchanger, which allows flaws on the outer circumferential surfaces of a plurality of pipes to be inspected with higher accuracy using an eddy current flaw detection probe.

A multipipe heat exchange structure 100 comprises a magnetic material and includes a plurality of pipes 11 each serving as the first flow path of a first fluid, a shell 2 that is formed in a cylindrical form to cover the pipes 11 and serves as the flow path of a second fluid and a plurality of buffles 3 that are spaced from each other in the axial direction of the pipes 11 in the shell 2 in which pipes 11 are inserted. The buffles 3 are used to change the flow direction of the second fluid in the shell 2 and comprises a non-magnetic material.
