Abstract:
To provide a radio base station that allocates radio resources for a transmission-side user apparatus to, by the transmission-side user apparatus, perform direct communication transmission to one or more reception-side user apparatuses.SOLUTION: A radio base station provides two side-link grant processes for a transmission side user apparatus to receive at least two side-link grants which handle direct communication transmission performed within the same transmission control period, generates a side-link grant associated with one side-link grant process of the at least two side-link grant processes, generates a side-link scheduling message including identification information on the one side-link grant process, and transmits the side-link scheduling message to the transmission-side user apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
