To provide a multiple compartment container in which a pharmaceutical storage compartment and a solvent storage compartment can communicate with each other only when a cover sheet is separated.

The multiple compartment container is an elastic container that can be pressed to deform, a powder storage compartment 1 and a liquid storage compartment 2 is separated by a separable partition 3. The liquid storage compartment 2 is provided with a liquid discharge port 4 and powder (not shown in the figure) stored in the powder storage compartment 1 is protected by a moisture and oxygen inpermeable cover sheet 5. The container is folded into two at the partition 3 to make the cover sheet 5 come inside. The part of the cover sheet 5 that is located on the liquid discharge port 4 side is fixed to the liquid discharge port 4 of the liquid storage compartment 2 or the part adjacent to the liquid discharge port 4.
