To provide a mixing head and a method which blend at least one kind of a polyol component, at least one kind of an isocyanate component and a filler as an option in order to form a polyurethane reaction mixture and which do not produce an air bubble.
The mixing head comprises a mixing chamber 2 of a cylindrical shape in which two entrance nozzles for a polyol component and an isocyanate component are arranged, a controlling slide means 3 in which two or more grooved parts 4 are formed at its rim and which moves in the axial direction between the front position and the back position in the mixing chamber, an outlet channel 5 which is connected with the outflow side of the mixing chamber and which is arranged making an angle of 40°-140° to the mixed chamber, and a cleaning slide means 6 which can move in the axial direction in the outlet channel, wherein the diameter of the mixing chamber is 1.1 times to 5 times of the width of the projection drawing of the outlet opening of the outlet channel, and is 1.2 times to 3 times preferably.
