PURPOSE: To start a device by automatically changing table data in short time.

CONSTITUTION: A processor for table maintenance 51 receives new table data inputted from outside while the device is in on-line processing and permits a program rewriting possible ROM 61 to store it once. New table data is read from the program rewritable ROM 61 and loaded to a share memory 21 by the indication of a bus control CPU 31 at the time of starting the device. The bus control CPU 31 starts the on-line processing after respective dispersion processings CPU 41-4n load necessary table data from the share memory 21 through a common bus 10.
