PURPOSE: To remove useless operation to reform a ROM even when the scale and construction of a multiple dwelling house are changed by using an optimum correspondence table in accordance with the structure of the house to be managed.

CONSTITUTION: A correspondence table storing means 11 stores plural correspondece tables allowing dwelling addresses inherent in the system to correspond to generally called dwelling numbers and having respectively different combinations between the number of floors and the number of dwellings in each floor. When a selecting/registering means 16 registers the table number of an optimum correspondence table corresponding to the structure of a house to be managed by a correspondence table number registering means 12, a correspondence table selecting means 13 selects the correspondence table corresponding to the registered number. A dwelling number converting/displaying means 14 converts the dwelling address in the selected table into a dwelling number and displays the converted number on a display device. A dwelling existence registering means 15 registers the existence of a dwelling in each dwelling number based upon the display information.
