CONSTITUTION: When a house emergency informing equipment 30A detects the abnormality, data is stored in a RAM and a polling means 41 applies a transmission request to other house emergency informing equipment extracted at random for 0.5∼1.5 sec. If the abnormality takes place also in other house, the abnormality data detected at first and the abnormality of other house are edited altogether and the result is stored in the RAM. Then an automatic dial device 54 calls a supervisory center to send the abnormality data. Even if the abnormality of house takes place frequently, the waiting time from the occurrence of the abnormality to the information to the supervisory center is reduced remarkably.
