Abstract:
To provide a novel technique for detecting and/or quantifying nucleic acid in a cell, a tissue, an organ or an organism.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for detecting a plurality of targets in a cell which are transcripts or DNA loci, for example, by a sequential barcoding scheme that can make different targets multiplexed. High processing profiling of a large number of targets such as transcripts and/or DNA loci is made possible by sequential barcoding.SELECTED DRAWING: None
