PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the arrangement and to constitute plural resonators, even if plural dielectric cores are not arranged by supporting the dielectric core in an almost rectangular parallelopiped form, which resonates at plural modes, at the almost center part of a cavity in the almost rectangular parallelopiped form, in a state where it floats from respective inner wall faces by prescribed intervals.
SOLUTION: A dielectric core 1 is supported at the center of the cavity 2 by supporting bodies 3 provided for the four inner wall faces of the cavity 2 by twos. The protruding directions of the supporting bodies 3 are in the directions of X, Y-axis directions, but they are not in the direction of a Z-axis. Thus, the resonance frequencies of TM01δ-x and TM01δ-y modes drop larger than the resonance frequency of a TM01δ-z mode as the cross-sectional areas of the supporting bodies 3 become larger. The resonance frequencies of TM01δ-x and the TM01δ-y modes change sharply with the change in the wall thickness of the cavity 2. Consequently, prescribed resonance modes are connected by using the relation so that multiple stages can be provided.
