Title:
MULTIPLEXING METHOD IN SPECTRUM DIFFUSION COMMUNICATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2804233
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily attain code synchronization with simple and easy constitution by inserting specific code strings into a diffusion modulation code at prescribed time intervals, transmitting the code, detecting the transmitted code by a receiving side, and identifying a transmitting station from the time intervals.
CONSTITUTION: Spectrum diffusion modulation for data to be communicated is executed by the use of codes in a prescribed code sequence including plural specific code strings shorter than the length of the codes in the code sequence. For instance, time interval patterns 6400, 9600, 1600 and 4800, 11200 are respectively allocated to stations A, B, specific code strings are inserted into respective patterns, spectrum diffusion modulation is executed by the use of these codes, and an obtained modulation wave is transmitted. In this case, the same specific code string is used for both the stations A, B. On the receiving side, the specific code strings are detected from a received signal, their time intervals are calculated and a transmitting station is identified based upon the time interval pattern. Since the specific code string is shorter than the whole code, the specific code string can quickly be computed and detected.
