To prevent the heating capacity from lowering when constant condensing pressure control is done in the heating operation using a nonazeotropic refrigerant in a multiroom type cooling/heating apparatus.
There are provided a bypass 17 comecting a first two way type valve 14, receiver tank 15, and second two way type valve 16, a capillary tube 20 positioned in parallel with the second two way type valve 16, a suction pressure/temperature detective means 23, a degree of superheat-of-suction calculating means 24, a degree of superheat of suction judging means 25 which compares the result of the calculation with a set degree of superheat, a two-way type valve-driving means 26, and a valve-opening means 27 which adjusts the time of opening of the first two way type valve 14 or the second two way type valve 16. As a result, in heating operation using a nonazeotropic refrigerant even the control of the operation in a manner of constant condensing pressure control enables the heating capacity to be secured as desired, a liquid seal in the receiver tank 15 is prevented, and safety can be secured.
