Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proteinaceous binding molecules with improved specificity for targeting aberrant cells in autoimmune diseases and cancer, and with reduced risk of undesirable side effects induced by unintentionally targeting normal cells.SOLUTION: The invention provides a proteinaceous molecule comprising at least two different specific binding domains separated by at least one linker for different binding sites, where the proteinaceous molecule comprises a single polypeptide chain, and at least one specific binding domain that specifically binds to MHC1-MAGE peptide complex.SELECTED DRAWING: None
