Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent shocking oscillations and deterioration of compression efficiency due to abrasion/deformation of a connection part between a reciprocative driving bar and a plunger piston, and a surface of the plunger piston in multistage compression equipment which perform compresion through interlocking of plural reciprocating compression parts.
CONSTITUTION: A plunger piston 110 is connected to a reciprocative driving bar 124 by means of a connection part 123. A curved projection 18 is formed on a holder 16 for the plunger piston 110, for fixing inside a recessed hole 21 of the reciprocative driving bar 124 by means of a holding pin 19. A rotational body 30 is arranged between a flat surface 32 on the bottom of the recessed hole 21 and the curved projection 18, which body 30 is rotated in the direction perpendicular to the curved projection 18, bringing about rolling contactness. The plunger piston 110 and a cylindrical body 23 on an inner wall side of a cylinder 115 are made of ceramic for attaining abrasion resistance.
