One stage of the multistage seedling-raising shelf 2 is constituted by inserting, in a state where struts 10 are disposed at four square corners, inserting portions 33 of each of a pair of downward L-shaped bars 30 respectively to the struts 10 up to a position where a support pin 12 is inserted so that the downward L-shaped bars 30 are located at opposed sides, and inserting inserting portions 23 of each of a pair of upward L-shaped bars 20 respectively to the struts 10 up to an upper end position of the downward L-shaped bars 30 so that the upward L-shaped bars 20 are located at opposed sides different from the downward L-shaped bars 30.
